What Makes ULTRAPAN Acrylic Laminate Different?

ULTRAPAN acrylic laminate sheets use co-extrusion technology — a high-gloss acrylic film layered onto a UV-enhanced, color-enriched ABS backing. The result is a mirror-like surface that is scratch-resistant, anti-fingerprint, and structurally durable.

Unlike painted or lacquered finishes, ULTRAPAN delivers a perfectly flat surface with no orange-peel texture, no fading, and no chipping over time.

FAQs

Acrylic laminate is a decorative surface made from a high-gloss acrylic film bonded to an ABS backing. It offers a mirror-like finish that is more durable and consistent than paint or lacquer, with built-in scratch and fingerprint resistance.

ULTRAPAN is designed for vertical applications — cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and wall panels. For horizontal countertop surfaces, we recommend HPL laminate sheets from Formica or Wilsonart.

For machine pressing, use PUR reactive hot-melt adhesive for the strongest bond. For manual application, water-based EVA, liquid PUR, or water-based contact adhesive applied with a roller works well. Avoid solvent-based adhesives.

Both are premium surfaces. ULTRAPAN offers a high-gloss mirror finish at ~$110/sheet. FENIX offers a matte nano-technology surface with thermal healing at ~$274/sheet. Choose ULTRAPAN for bold, glossy modern kitchens; FENIX for understated, soft-touch designs.
