Shipping

At LEDGEBAND, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products and providing an exceptional customer experience. In-stock orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same business day; orders received after this cutoff will ship the following business day. Should any item in your order be out of stock, our team will contact you promptly to advise on availability. Lead times for custom orders vary based on manufacturing requirements and will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Damage Item 

Every order is carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment; however, transit damage may occasionally occur. To ensure prompt resolution, please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage to our customer service team at info@ledgeband.com within 72 hours of receipt. Claims must be accompanied by clear photographs documenting the condition of the item and its packaging. Damage claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Our General Returns Policy

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, and returned items must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of the original delivery date. Returns arriving after this 30-day window will not be accepted.

Approved returns are subject to the following terms:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less the original shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee.
  • Returned products must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging, and complete with all included components. Items showing signs of use, missing parts, or damage are not eligible for return.
  • Custom and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

In the event you receive an incorrect or defective item, LEDGEBAND will assume all associated costs — including return shipping — and provide a full refund or replacement at your discretion.
