Kleiberit 788.9  is a low-temperature, unfilled EVA hot melt adhesive formulated for edge banding machines. It is a versatile, clear granular adhesive suitable for bonding a variety of edge materials.

Cleaning and Safety

Ensure substrates are clean, dust-free, and properly acclimatized to room temperature (minimum 18 °C, 8–10 % wood moisture). Regularly monitor machine temperature with a calibrated thermometer and maintain optimal feed speed for consistent bonding results.
Clean tools and equipment using KLEIBERIT 827.0 adhesive cleaner. Formulated for minimal vapor emissions—with proper ventilation—keeping your shop clean and safe.
