By utilizing a concentrated stream of hot air, the functional layer is activated and bonds tightly to the substrate—creating a smooth, durable finish with no visible glue lines.

LEDGEBAND Zero-Joint Edge Banding can be used with laser diode, hot air, and NIR (New Infrared Radiation Processing) technology machines. Available in any width. This versatile solution delivers exceptional moisture and heat resistance, allowing for faster processing compared to traditional EVA gluing methods.
